This does not cover the numeric data itself; that is open public financial data as explained above.

دقة البيانات ومصادرهاData Accuracy and Sources

أسعار سايبور تُجمَع يوميًا (أيام العمل) من التقرير اليومي لشركة الجزيرة كابيتال المالية، وتُدقَّق دوريًا مقابل النشرة الإحصائية الشهرية للبنك المركزي السعودي (ساما). بيانات الفائدة الأمريكية من بنك الاحتياطي الفيدرالي في نيويورك وخدمة FRED. رغم بذل عناية معقولة، لا نضمن دقة أو اكتمال أو تحديث البيانات بشكل مطلق في كل لحظة — قد تحدث أخطاء بشرية أو تقنية أو تأخر في المصدر نفسه. تحقّق دائمًا من المصدر الرسمي (ساما أو بنكك) قبل أي استخدام جوهري للأرقام. SAIBOR rates are collected daily (on business days) from the daily report of Aljazira Capital, and are periodically reconciled against the monthly statistical bulletin of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). US interest-rate data comes from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and the FRED service. Despite reasonable care, we do not guarantee that the data is absolutely accurate, complete or up to date at every moment — human or technical errors, or delays at the source itself, may occur. Always verify with the official source (SAMA or your bank) before any material use of the figures.

التوفرAvailability

سايبور يُنشر أيام العمل فقط (الأحد–الخميس) — لا تحديث أيام الجمعة والسبت والإجازات الرسمية. قد يتوقف الموقع مؤقتًا لأعمال صيانة أو أعطال تقنية أو تعذّر جلب البيانات من المصدر. SAIBOR is published on business days only (Sunday–Thursday) — no updates on Fridays, Saturdays or official holidays. The site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, technical faults, or a failure to fetch data from the source.

البيانات المفتوحة وإعادة الاستخدامOpen Data and Reuse

ملفات البيانات (latest.json، history.csv، وغيرها الموثّقة في data/README.md) متاحة للجميع بلا قيود أو تسجيل. يسعدنا لو أشرت لمصدرها عند إعادة استخدامها، لكن هذا غير إلزامي. The data files (latest.json, history.csv, and the others documented in data/README.md) are available to everyone with no restrictions or registration. We would appreciate a credit to the source when reusing them, but it is not required.

تعديلات على الشروطChanges to the Terms

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. استمرارك باستخدام الموقع بعد أي تحديث يعني موافقتك الضمنية عليه. We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the site after any update means your implicit acceptance of it.
